# Integration: Coface ICON

Bilendo is connected to Coface ICON. You can request credit information and risk assessments for your debtors directly from the customer profile — no separate login or platform switch required.

### Setting up the integration

The integration is configured once by an administrator.

Navigate to **Settings → Risk Integration**, click **Add**, and select **Coface ICON**. Enter your credentials:

- Username
- Password
- API Key

After setup, define which products (URBA360, Full Report, Snapshot Report, Score Report) should be available for requests across your organization.

### Available products

**URBA360**

The most comprehensive product. Delivers a full 360-degree view of a company: master data, corporate structure, multi-year financials, Coface score, payment experiences, and risk indicators. Monitoring is automatically included. A URBA Full Report and URBA Short Report are also available as derived sub-views within the dataset — no additional request needed.

**Full Report**

Detailed credit report with master data, shareholdings, balance sheet data, score, and payment information. Sufficient for most standard credit checks. Monitoring available as a separate add-on.

**Snapshot Report**

Condensed summary with the most important data points: identification, score, core metrics. Suitable for quick plausibility checks or pre-checks before a deeper review. Monitoring available as a separate add-on.

**Score Report**

Pure credit score without extensive supporting context. Ideal for bulk assessments of large debtor portfolios. Monitoring available as a separate add-on.

### How to request a report

**Step 1 — Start the request**

Open the customer profile (`Customer#show`) and use one of two entry points:

- Tab **Risk Management** → Button **Request Credit Cover**
- Menu **Options** → **Request Credit Cover**

**Step 2 — Identify the debtor**

- **Via master data:** Data already stored in Bilendo is pre-filled and passed to Coface automatically.
- **Via identification number:** Easy-Number, ICON-ID, National ID, Registration Number, Statistic Number, VAT Number, or a Custom ID.

**Step 3 — Select and request a product**

Choose the desired product and confirm the request. For URBA360, the URBA Full Report and URBA Short Report are immediately available as additional views within the dataset.

**Step 4 — Monitoring**

Monitoring is automatically active for URBA360. For other products, monitoring can be added as a separate add-on during the request process.

### New risk alerts for Coface ICON

Once monitoring is active for a customer, three new risk alerts are available:

- **New notification received:** Triggered for any change Coface reports for the monitored customer
- **Score changed:** Triggered when the Coface credit score for a customer changes
- **External limit changed:** Triggered when the external limit reported by Coface changes

Alerts appear in the standard risk alert overview in Bilendo.

### Good to know

- The Coface Credit Opinion (CCO) is not part of this integration and must be obtained directly from Coface.
- The URBA Full Report and URBA Short Report within a URBA360 request are sub-views of the URBA360 dataset — they are not identical to the standalone Full Report and Snapshot Report products.
